Sarpy County’s Finest

Calvert Systems is a proud Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that takes pride in doing their part to honor and recognize those who have served. Each quarter, Calvert purchases individual plaques for each prior military employee who served in Sarpy County, Nebraska. This quarter, Calvert purchased 20 plaques and looks forward to purchasing more next quarter. These plaques are then placed on the Honor Wall in the Veterans Park in Papillion, Nebraska.

Veterans Park was established in 2013 and has continued to be improved thanks to partnerships between the City of Papillion, Papillion Community Foundation, Papillion American Legion Post 32, Papillion Garden Club, Papillion Junior Woman’s Club and the Papillion Lions Club. According to its website, Veterans Park in Papillion, Nebraska, honors the service and sacrifice of our nation’s military veterans — especially those in Sarpy County and provides a peaceful and solemn place for local residents to reflect and remember the dedication of our community’s military service members. Veterans Park stands as a distinguished tribute, holding a special place of honor for the military veterans of Sarpy County. Calvert Systems is proud to participate in this movement.
