Calvert’s Yuletide Celebration

January 22, 2024

In a delightful celebration of the holiday season, the Calvert Headquarters office recently gathered at Spezia Italian restaurant to unwind and connect. The evening was filled with joy, celebration, and comradery.

Spezia’s talented chefs did not disappoint as they showcased their culinary talents with a diverse menu that pleased every palate. From mouthwatering antipasti, like Fried Ravioli, to delectable main courses, like Chicken Parmesan, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The meal was then finished off with dessert, with the Limonetta Bella Cake taking the win for the most popular.

Throughout the evening, chatter and laughter echoed through the private dining room as colleagues shared stories and celebrated accomplishments, but it wouldn’t have been a true Calvert Christmas without the creativity of Calvert’s own, Joe Spivey. Joe sent staff on a scavenger hunt and tested their knowledge of “Holiday Cuisine”. He even played the part of Santa Claus and gave away gift cards to a few lucky Calvert employees.

Reflecting on the evening, the Calvert team expressed gratitude for the individuals who helped make the evening a success and gave employees the chance to come together in a different setting and strengthen the bonds that make our workplace a true community. Calvert looks forward to more opportunities to connect with each other and continue our success into the New Year.
